Susan Chao, founder of TopOne Mortgage, has been helping Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. families achieve homeownership since 2003. A longtime Maryland resident and proud supporter of the local Chinese-American community, Susan built her reputation on a simple promise: treat every borrower like family.
Over the past two decades, she has personally guided more than $5 billion in home financing, specializing in conventional loans, high-balance loans, FHA, DSCR investor loans, and non-QM programs.
